The Oklahoma Supreme Court recently heard the medical malpractice case, Frank Artist Woods v. Unity Health Center Inc. The lawsuit involved a special statute that was only imposed on medical negligence lawsuits. Insurance companies will continue to lobby for restricting access to justice for accident and negligence victims.
